Microsoft has answered the Apple Ipod with an mp3 music player of their own. So how does it compare? Personally I prefer the Ipod over zune. I think it just sounds better and while I would not call it a high fidelity player, it’s pretty good for the intended purpose. As a bonus, the ipod is a great looking player thats easy to live with. I recommend upgrading to some better headphones then the stock ones. I don’t particularly like the stock phones. They are not very comfortable. Just my take.

It’s often been said that it’s a legal system we have here in the United States, NOT a justice system. And recording industry magnate Phil Spector has found that out.

Phil Spector’s often-absent lead lawyer, Bruce Cutler, announced that he is leaving the US music producer’s murder case because of “a difference
of opinion between Mr Spector and me on strategy”.

Cutler made the announcement as the Los Angeles trial resumed for what was expected to be the last day of testimony. It was not immediately clear if he quit or if Spector fired him.
